Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on every order shipped within the United States, no minimum required.

 

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days after that, and Express delivery (1-2 business days) is available at checkout for an extra fee.

 

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Sale items, gift cards, and opened pet food or treats are not eligible for return.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
